  • What form of payments do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American

    Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or checks.

  • How far do you deliver?

    We currently have no mileage limit on rental delivery, but we do charge after the first 28 miles; for more information, see our pricing guide.

  • How long can I rent the dumpster?

    We don't have a time limit on how long you can rent the dumpster, but after one week, the price rises by $15 per day and only includes one dump.

  • Can the dumpster damage my driveway?

    Dumpsters can potentially damage your driveway if they are not placed and handled carefully.Be sure and tell us if you have any kind of specialized driveway coating.

  • How do I extend the rental duration?

    Please call to ensure that the days you require are available; if they are, you can pay in advance or be billed at the end of your rental period.

  • Can you put a dumpster on my lawn?

    We highly discourage placing a dumpster on your lawn and instead recommend placing it on concrete, asphalt, or any other solid, stable ground surface.

  • I filled the dumpster but I have more stuff.

    We would be delighted to return the dumpster empty, but we will have to charge for the rental once more.

  • Can I put appliances in the dumpster?

    Yes as long as the appliance does not use refrigerant. We can no longer take Freon appliances. 

  • Can I put concrete in the dumpster?

    We are happy to haul concrete, but due to weight restrictions, we can only transport up to 10 yards at a time.
